This policy explains how Brackenhall Community Trust (registered charity 1123920) handles personal information on northfieldhall.co.uk. The short version: we collect as little as possible and we do not track you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising or profiling technology. That is why there is no cookie banner. If we measure visits at all, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.
The contact form
When you use the contact form we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you. They are delivered to us by email and are not stored on this website. We do not share them with anyone else, and we delete them when the conversation is finished.
Booking the hall
Bookings are handled by Hallmaster, a third-party hall booking system, and deposits are taken by Stripe. When you book, the details you enter go to those services, not to this website. Their privacy policies apply: Hallmaster privacy policy and Stripe privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.
Donations
Donations are handled by a charity donation platform which processes your payment and any Gift Aid declaration. Its own privacy policy applies to the details you enter there.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these,contact us.
Changes
If we change how the site handles personal information, we will update this page.
